After I crossed into washington I started making my way up toward Olympia. ofcourse I got lost, and by now getting lost was just part of the game. I found this magical jungle about 3 miles off the road.. i dont even remember which one.. the way I worked typically was Id visit a library, mapquest a place, write the directions on my shoes, then forget where I was going and let the local pickup drivers direct me to the destination. The washington drivers were apparently all lost themselves and my entire time in that state was spent in a constant aproximate to another place.
In this case I was approx 40miles south from Olympia.. and approx north of ..lakewood.. dont know how that figures. People stopped making sense a long time ago.

This jungle was so outstanding. And yeah, its green, because an orange magical forrest woulda been retarded. It was indescribably holy. and I owe some of the design from 'blankets' one of my all time favorites - felt right to toss an homage his way

I felt like my heart would pop
Stick kept my backpack company while I climbed the mother tree

if this resembles anything near where you live, you are a lucky sunofagun. I was tempted to build me a treehouse and never ever leave.

Love this page. The green hue looks great for a change. You can really stop to breathe at this page. I felt it like a kind of oasis after catching up with so much orange, hehe.

...aaand this is just like the property I grew up on in Sandy, Oregon. I used to climb around like a monkey. One time I hiked the entire foothill until I couldn't hear the highway anymore, and then stared at Mt. Hood for a while. I sang at the top of my lungs and only my sister (who was with me) could hear me.

This comic is making me hate being in the city.

Did you ever go north and go to the Monroe/Duvall area? Because that's where I live.
